Despite his keen involvement in digital sound, he considers composing an art form independent to technological advancement. He considers an artist’s ability to interpret words and feelings in a musical statement, to be the gist of a good composer.
Equipped with the latest acoustic gizmos- both hardware and software, he finds them no more than facilitation tools, just as an artist would have his palette. To Faakhir it’s eventually the 'man behind the machine' and not the machine itself when it comes to create masterpieces.

Having set up his studio ‘TwentyFourSeven’, nine years ago, he has been consistently upgrading the studio to meet his appetite for ‘higher-end’ acoustic technology. This reflects strongly on Faakhir’s passion to produce at par with the international standards prevalent today.
In addition to recording and composing for international underground music labels and London club circuit, it is here at ‘TwentyFourSeven’ that all early AWAZ albums were preproduceed as well. Faakhir’s debut album, ‘Aatish’ has also been recorded and produced here.
“I believe in creating harmonies which mesmerize the soul”

His compositions have also helped many mega bands capture the share of mind in the competitive advertising world. His work for Pepsi Cola, P&G, Lever Brothers and English Biscuits have specially brought him much acclaim in the advertising circle as a credible and effective Jingles Producer who understands the role of brand message delivery through music.
The ‘TwentyFourSeven’ Studio works on projects for Artist, Record Labels, TV/Film companies and Advertising agencies alike.
